Here is how you make Milk Chocolate Sponge cake:

1. Heat the oven to 185 Deg C2. Grease and line an 8" round or square/oblonge cake tin.3. Mix the margarine and caster sugar till light and fluffy. 4. Make up the hot chocolate powder with 2 tbsp boiling water - or until a smooth paste.5. Add the hot chocolate mix into the margarine/sugar mixture.6. Mix in the flour and egg little at a time till until all in and the mixture is a firm texture - empty into the baking tin.7. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 185 Deg C.8. When cake is ready remove onto a wire rack and leave to cool.For the cream1. Mix together the margarine and icing sugar till they make a cream - taste to make sure that there are no granules in the mixture.2.
