Here is how you make Thai Green Curry:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.Add onion and cook 5 minutes, until softened.Add ginger, garlic, cabbage and tofu and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes or until cabbage begins to soften.
