Stir together honey, almond butter, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruit until well blended. Spread onto a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 300* for 40 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes to bake evenly.
