Here is how you make Bacon-Crusted Fritatta:

Line the edge of a pie pan with bacon strips. Chop the pepper, onion & tomatoes and combine. Add the cheese, garlic, your meat and basil to the chopped veggies, and mix well. Add to the pie pan but don't pack down, make sure its loose. Beat together the eggs & pour over the mixture in the pie pan - making sure the eggs fully cover all areas.
