~.5cup applesauce (might have to add a bit more depending on the consistency of the mix)

Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Donuts (Baked):

Bake at 350. Total cooking time about 15-20 min. (I initially set timer for about 10 min and then slowly add a few minutes at a time until they are done, as to not overcook or burn the donuts.)Mix dry ingredients together (1 c flour, .5c sugar, 1tsp baking powder, ~1/8tsp nutmeg, .25tsp salt, 1tsp cinnamon). Add wet ingredients (2 eggs, .5c apple sauce). Mix together well. If mix is not wet enough, add a bit more applesauce (1 tablespoon at a time). If mix ends up too wet, I had a Tbsp of flour at a time until its about a cake batter like consistency.
