Here is how you make Baked Eggs:

Beat eggs and milk together. Pour evenly into 12 cups of muffin top pan( slightly less than 1/4 cup). Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 min. They will puff up and then shrink back down as they cool. Allow to cool and remove from pan. Freeze for future use.
