Use mixer to combine sugar and applesauce until creamy, then add oil and eggs and mix well.While this is mixing, mash the 2 bananas with a fork and add the milk to it.--I actually used only 2 Tbsp milk-but could not get the web-site to take that.In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
