heat milk to 180 degrees, add vanilla bean (as much as you like) or a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 4 tablespoons of sugar (I use regular sugar because I don't like using artificial sweeteners)Cool milk to 110 degrees, add starter and whisk until frothy.
