4 teas powder sugar
1 tbls butter (melted)

stir all these ingredients together and set aside.

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar *can be reduced*
1/2 yellow squash (pureed well)
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 Silk Vanilla Soy
2 egg whites
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 to 3 teas lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together, spoon about 1/4 of the muffin cups...put a tsp or so blueberry mixture in each cup & then add more muffin batter just to cover the bit of blueberry doesn't have to be a lot.

Bake at 350 for 20mins
