Combine all liquid ingredients (eggs and milk) in bottom of bread pan. Combine all dry ingredients including raisins on top of the liquid. Use Quick Bread cycle.At end of cycle use a toothpick to test for doneness. If the toothpick doesn't come out clean, put on bake cycle and continue monitoring the bread for doneness every ten minutes. Could take anywhere from 10-30 minutes additional time. After baking and removing the bread pan from the machine, allow bread to sit in the pan for 10 minutes to "set."
