Here is how you make Debrose's English Muffin Bread:

Heat water and milk to 120-130 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda. Add warm liquid. Mix well until smooth. Continue to mix, adding remaining flour. Dough will be soft and sticky.Spray 2 9 x 5 bread pans with spray, then dust with cornmeal. Divide dough in half between pans. Allow to rise until doubled, approximately 1 hour.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25 minutes until golden browned.1/2 inch slices = 30 servings.
