This is quick and easy burrito I make often, specially if I have to eat on the go. I happen to use a few strips of last night left over pork tenderloin but you can use just about any meat you like. I added an egg, because it was breakfast, but it also makes a great snack (no eggs will take off 70 calories)

1 mini yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 medium slice button mushroom, sliced
2 slices of pork tenderloin, chopped
1/8 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 tortilla 8' Multi-grain


How Do I Make Burrito on the Go!?

Here is how you make Burrito on the Go!:

Chop up the peppers in small pieces. Spray small cast iron skillet with Pam. While the peppers sizzle, slice mushroom and tenderloin. Add to skillet. Splash a little balsamic vinegar on it and saute for a few moments (just long enough to get meat warmed up), then place on tortilla.
