Here is how you make Fruit Breakfast Cake:

In a bowl combine 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar, cut in butter. For topping, remove 1/2 cup crumb mixture and stir in 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.To remaining crumb mixture add remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Add eggs and applesauce; beat till well blended. Pour into a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping on batter. Bake in a 375 oven for 30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
