How Do I Make World's Best Coffee Cake?

Here is how you make World's Best Coffee Cake:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Next, combine .25 cup of sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside for later. Then, combine 1 cup sugar and butter in mix master and blend together. Add both eggs to the sugar/butter mixture (one at a time), then add the sour cream and vanilla extract. Fold the flour mixture into the mix master in two parts. Beat until blended. Place half of the batter in a greased 8x8 pan and then sprinkle half of the sugar mixture you set aside and chocolate chips on top.
