Here is how you make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, applesauce, vanilla and chocolate chips in large bowl. Mix flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture. Divide between 2 loaf pans and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Yummy for breakfast or a snack!
