Here is how you make Vanilla Cinnamon Pancake:

Mix dry ingredients together first. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well, just until smooth. Heat non stick skillet to just below medium heat, add cooking spray if needed. Pour 1/4 c into skillet, cook until bubbles start to form and pop, then flip and cook for approximately 1 minute until lightly brown on both sides. Serve with your choice of topping.
