Here is how you make Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Cookies:

Mix dry ingedients - oatmeal, flours, salt, baking soda, spices, cinnamon. Set Aside.Mix 2 eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and raisins, mix until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients until incorporated. I used a small scoop and made about 42 cookies. Bake on lightly greased (I used parchment paper ungreased), 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden. You can also frost these for a more decadent treat.
