Here is how you make Everything eggs scramble:

Melt coconut oil in pan over med high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic (I like sliced fresh garlic). Press them to one side of the pan and offset pan to bring the "empty" side onto the center of the burner. Put sliced bacon in the empty side and let cook. Occasionally stir bacon and veggies separately. Use paper towel to absorb excess bacon grease - just don't want too much. When bacon if fully cooked, sir it into veggies and recenter the pan. Turn to med heat. Add whisked eggs and "scramble" as they cook. Divide into 2 bowls. Top with salsa, sour cream and green onions.
