1 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp crushed Rosemary
1 tsp ground Thyme
1tsp Garlic powder
Salt/pepper to taste

All herbs can be altered to taste - egg whites have very little taste, so the taste of your herbs will be very prominent.

*Recipe can be made with just egg whites, of course, but I don't have a diet that requires me to keep my cholesterol down, so I wanted the taste of one yolk in there. Would be delicious either way. :)
