8 slices toasted bread
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup sliced black olives
2 cups ff cheddar cheese
any kind of meat. I like turkey sausage links
pam spray
spray a 9x13 pan with pam, then begin to layer. First add the 8 slices of toast, pour 1.5 cup egg whites, add half of the mushrooms, add 1 cup of cheese . half black olive. add rest of mushrooms add the rest of the eggwhites. add rest of the olivesTop with the rest of cheese. bake at 350 for 35 mins. check for doneness of egg whites. Makes 8 servings. Top with 2 turkey sausage links and serve with Eggs all Day bean salsa (see recipe)
