Saute Onions, Green Pepper, Mushrooms and Turkey Bacon till tender in Brummel Spread.Spray 12 Muffins pans with non stick spray. Put the Saute'd mixture in each one of the muffin pans using all of the mixture. Slice the cheese so each muffin pan has a little piece of cheese.Scramble the eggs nice an fluffy and add to each muffin pan so mixture is covered. Bake at 350 for 25 Minutes. They will be nice an fluffy. (They will deflat alittle as they cool) Let cool. Put in a baggie in the frig.
