Here is how you make Forget-the-Fat Granola:

Combine all dry ingredients except cranberries in a big bowl. Add concentrate and stir till mixed evenly. Spray a large baking sheet with sides with oil (if desired) and spread granola over it thinly. Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to make sure it bakes evenly.
