I don't use a sweetener however. Mix well with fork or whisk. Dip bread slices in mixture, saturating each slice. Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray. Cook coated bread slices on medium hot griddle until brown on both sides. Put slices on plate. Spread each slice with Brummel and Brown yogurt spread. Pour remaining mixture onto griddle cooking until scrambled egg texture and put on top of bread slices.
