This was a last minute breakfast and I used what I had on hand, whole milk, and regular hamburger buns and salted butter. If you use Wheat Buns or Bread or Skim or 2% milk it would be less calories. I did find that salted butter did give it a bit of salt taste not unpleasant but I would try butter flavored spray next time. It was quite good! Taste just like French Toast.
