Cook 2-3 min, stiring often until potato's start to brown and begin lightly sticking to bottom of pan, add water and put on tight fitting lid so that potato will seam cook. Reduce heat and cook 5-8 minuites or until potatos are done. Stir occassionally to prevent sticking.
