Grease muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray.Brown the turkey sausage. Beat eggs and milk together in mixing bowl. Add green peppers, onions, cheese and turkey sausage. Mix all together. Place equal parts in muffin pans and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. This recipe makes about 18 frittatas, so I use a 12-muffin pan and a 6-muffin pan. Can serve with salsa to spice things up.
