Stir together in mixing bowlPlace a layer of the mix so it covers the bottom of a roasting pan and gently brown under the broiler, stirring every minute or two until you set off the smoke alarm and the color overall is a golden brown. Then let it cool in a fresh mixing bowl.Repeat browning layers in the roasting pan until the mixing bowl is empty.After the granola has cooled, loosen up the clumps a bit and store in a container with a tight lid in the refrigerator.Enjoy!Serving Size:?makes 36 1/3-cup servings
