1/3 cup unweetened apple juice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine honey juice and spices in a sauce pan. Bring to boil. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Pour juice mixture over dry mixture, stirring to combine. Spread onto lightly oiled cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes stirring once.

Cool, cover and chill for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, use a freezer bag and store in freezer for up to 3 months.
