The ingredients for Multi grain and seed Honey Granola are:

6 cups 5 Grain rolled cereal (uncooked)
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped raw almonds
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole flaxseed
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In seperate micowave safe container add:
1/4 cup apple juice frozen concentrate
1/4 cup orange juice frozen concentrate
1/4 cup honey
Microwave for 30-40 seconds to melt and combine, then add
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pour this mixture slowly over dry ingredients while stirring. Put into two large baking dishes, about 1" thick and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 10 min. Allow to cool before storing.
Put honey, apple and orange concentrate in small sauce pan over low heat to melt the honey and combine, then add vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread into large baking pan and bake for 35-45 min, stirring every 10 min. Allow to cool before storing. Also add any dried fruit, raisins, craisins, etc. after cooling.
