1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, unsweeteend
3 tablespoons flax seeds. ground or unground
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup of any- hazelnuts/pecans/almonds, chopped into halves or quarters
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil (or canola oil)
2 TB hazelnut oil (optional)
3 tablespoons agave (or honey)
3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups dried cherries, blueberries, and apricots (chop the apricots)


How Do I Make Granola?

Here is how you make Granola:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients except the dried fruit. Stir well to incorporate.Heat coconut oil, agave, and maple syrup in a small sauce pan over low heat, whisk thoroughly to combine. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Pour warm mixture over oats and stir until everything is well coated.Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out into an even layer. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown).Cool completely. Once the granola is cool, mix in the dried fruit. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
