Make your coffee the night before. Fill an Ice cube tray or two and freeze and put the rest into the fridge in a sealed jar (I use a Mason Jar)In the morning, put your protein powder in the bottom of the mug, pour your creamer in on top and about a half cup of the chilled coffee and blendNext add about 7-10 Ice Cubes. It depends on how big of an iced capp you want ;) Blend these cubes in until smooth. If necessary to get it moving, add more chilled coffee. When done, spin on a travel top, add a straw and head to work. Serving Size:?1
