Saute everything but cheese and eggs. as this is cooking separate you eggs and egg whites and scramble. Divide the veggie saute into bottom of muffin pan into each twelve spots. And divide evenly egg over each one. then add evenly divide cheese on top and bake @ 350 for 25 minutes or until done ( check with a toothpick)Serving Size:?Makes 12 Muffin tins servings
