Use Pam cooking spray on a 12 muffin pan.In a bowl mix egg beaters and seasonings to taste. Pour equal portions of egg beaters until the cups are 3/4 full. Chop turkey sausage links and cook over medium heat until heated in a sauce pan. Add green chilies to sausage and cook until heated. Spoon teaspoons of the mixture into the egg cups until equally divided between 12 cups. Then add the 1/4 of fat free cheddar cheese also equally divided between the 12 cups.
