Mix soda, salt, and flour together. Add everything else in and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until done. I make this ahead of time in a large pan and try to keep it on hand for easy breakfasts or afternoon snacks. They are good with some fat free cream cheese or jam.
