Here is how you make Sunny Side Up Muffins:

1. Cut slices of bacon in half so you have 8 slices. Cook them crisp; set aside to drain.2. Preheat oven to 350. Either spray nonstick spray into your muffin tin or use a paper towel and use some of the bacon grease to do this.3. Pop out dough from can. Cut into 8 SQUARES- not the triangles that are pre-cut. Line the bottom of the muffin cups with the dough.4. Crack an egg into each muffin cup with dough in it.5. Crumble one "half-slice" of bacon into each egg; push it down a little with your fingers so it goes into the egg white.6. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over all of them.7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and delicious.8.
