Combine dry (first eight) ingredients in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just til moist. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick coating and fill with mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
