1 cup of fruit of your choice (blueberries, apples, peaches, or bananas. etc)

Sift together almond meal/flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmet.4. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the buckwheat mixture until just blended. 5.
