Stir together all other dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients, including buttermilk with All Bran. Stir until mixed well but don't beat. Bake 18-20 minutes at 375 degrees in muffin pans sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam or whatever).After completely cooling, I store them in a zip-loc bag in the frig until ready to eat - pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds or so.
