Blend until oats are powdered (or close to it). Add egg whites and apple sauce. Pulse or blend to combine.Set non stick pan to heat with spray. Add Chia seeds, once ready to make pancakes or just sprinkle on batter in pan as chia seeds will thicken the batter. Once pan is hot pour half of batter into pan add fruit if using making sure to press down into batter. Once edges are cooked and bottom is lightly browned flip over and cook other side.
