Here is how you make Fortified Oats:

- Add oil, chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup to a pot.- Cook on medium low until the milk is hot enough to cook the oats (yeah, this is subjective).- Add the walnuts. Stir it up, and give the walnuts a minute to warm up.- Add the oats. Stir. Continue to stir, as needed.
