0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.25 cup, sliced Almonds


How Do I Make Overnight Oats?

Here is how you make Overnight Oats:

Get 4 small jars with sealable lids, like jelly jars. Put 1/2 cup of oats into each jar. Mix vanilla extract into almond milk. Pour 1/2 cup of milk over oats in each jar. In two jars, layer almonds, 1/2 tbsp coconut and 1/2 cup blueberries. In other two jars layer 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/2 tbsp coconut. Seal all jars and store in fridge. Ready to eat the next morning, or any time of day. Good up to 3 or 4 days. 4 days if stored in coldest part of fridge. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, a dab of honey or agave or Stevia. Whatever you prefer.
