Here is how you make Mom's Omelet base:

Chop up any veggies or other items and put in pan sprayed with Pam. Let cook until desired tenderness. Beat eggs and add 1T cheese to egg mixture. Spray pan with a little more Pam, and pour into pan over cooked veggies, etc.. Turn heat down a little and let cook slowly. When nearly done, fold into thirds and put onto plate.
