Melt butter in small skillet or saute pan put onion, mushroom, bell pepper, tomatoes and seasoning in pan and saute ingredients until onions are soft, drain off any liquid and set aside to cool. Crack two large eggs into the baggie, seal and then mash until eggs are mixed together. Open bag add other ingredients place in refrigerator until ready to cook. To cook bring a large pot of water to a boil drop in baggie(s) up to 8, and boil for 13 minutes. Remove carefully from water, cut top off of the bag and roll out onto a plate. Garnish as you like.
