Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir very well to ensure all the egg and protein powder are mixed.Cook in greased (spray with cooking spray) fry pan on medium. It is thick batter, so I flatten out the batter a bit to the size pancake I want. Flip when pancake gets a dryish looking film on top. These will bubble on the edges, but not all the way through.
