Here is how you make Low carb/ keto pancakes!!!:

Mix the dry ingredients together until well combined. Then add vanilla, eggs, whipping cream and oil until smooth.. Batter should be thicker like regular pancake mix but not too thick. If needed add a splash of water and a little more heavy whipping cream. Let batter set for a minute. The best method for cooking is taking a large baking/cookie sheet, spreading the batter along the pan and baking at 400 for 12-15 minutes depending on the stove. Let set for a minute and cut into squares or take a cup and make round ones! I tried frying with a nonstick pan with and without oil but the pancakes would burn on one side before being able to flip.
