Place berries, egg whites, protein powder and milk in a blender and liquify.Mix in pancake mix until well mixed. In a skillet preheated to medium low heat spray a concentration of Pam cooking spray. Pour pancake mix into the center of that cooking spray. (The cooking spray will spread with the pancake mix and you avoid the smokey burning you get in the spots where a pancake is not cooking when you spray the entire pan.)Wait until the center of the pancake is bubbling but the bubbles have not yet started breaking. Flip the pancake and continue cooking for 10 to 20 seconds.
