Add 1.5 Tbsp of lemon juice to 1.5 cups of 1% milk. (Do not use Fat Free milk) Let stand until all other ingredients are mixed.Mix flours, Splenda, baking powder and baking soda. Then add milk, canola oil, egg and apple sauce. Mix well. Should make 12 4-5 inch pancakes. Enjoy!Also, you can substitute an extra Tbsp of apple sauce for the Tbsp of oil if you like.
