Mix dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, Stevia).Mix in wet ingredients (milk, egg whites, and vanilla).Mix batter well. If too stiff/dry, add a tiny splash of almond milk to get the right consistency. Spray your skillet/pan with PAM generously. Head to medium heat. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup for measuring.
