2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 100% orange, peach, mango juice blend or fresh orange juice
2 Tbs. clover honey
1 tsp. vanilla

1. In a medium-sized dish, whisk together juice, milk, egg whites, vanilla and cinnamon. Add bread slices, one at a time, allowing to soak in egg mixture for a minute. 2.
