How Do I Make Quick Muffin Quiche?

Here is how you make Quick Muffin Quiche:

Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Grease each of the muffin tins with olive oil. Cook your turkey bacon (I microwave it for 5 minutes and it comes out golden brown and crispy). Mix up your eggs and fill up your muffin tins about half way ( Season to taste. I choose not to add any additional seasons because the bacon adds enough flavor without adding any additional calories or sodium). Once you have filled up your tins crumbled up bacon into each cup. I put about half a slice per cup. Put 1 tablespoon of cheese on top of each cup.
